That '39 convertible on the top rack is a jewel too...is it factory from overseas??

I just checked out this thread as well... Some rare converts. Two 1942 convertibles, a bunch of '36-39 Aussie tourings and roadsters. Some are lowered, but lots are factory. Nice that the 42's didn't get cut up!

We just got back from our annual March visit to Reno. Seeing these cars
reminds me that a good number (100 or more ??) of these La Bamba
type guys bring their cars to Reno every summer for Hot August Nights.
They are very serious car dudes. Altho the vast majority of their
cars aren't exactly VCCA type cars; their cars are really something.
High dollar paint jobs, interiors and their cars are definitely
loaded with high dollar accessories of all kinds. Very fun to look at....
