I inherited a 1952 Chev Bel Air Hardtop (automatic) from my father-in-law, Robert (Bob) Sparkes (Orangeville, Ontario). He was married to Joyce Sparkes. The car has its own spot in the garage, got $2K worth of work done last year to make it roadworthy again. It has a loving home, and will remain unmodified, just as he would like.

I remember going to Bob's basement to see his model train collection when I was about 7-8. Hope the car is in as nice of shape as I remember it. Are you in O'ville as well? The only work that I have HAD to do is replace the gas tank and the fuel pump. Get to see how well the pump works soon. Great to see that Bob's hardtop is being well cared for. It looks good with the wide white walls. I remember they always had radials with skinny white walls on them.
