Hi. If you are a current VCCA member, then you can get access to additional forums on the Chat site. Additionally you will be granted permissions to see (and POST) photos in both of the photo Gallerys. See them along the left side of the Homepage.

In order to be added you need to notify one of the helpful volunteers. They will validate that you're a current member and then modify your account permissions.

Send a PM (private message) to ONE of the following people.

Enter one of the following addresses in the address bar above.
Be sure to include your VCCA number in the message.

Send to MrMack if today's date is 1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22,25,28 or 31.

Hi There and welcome to Chevy Chatter II.

Regarding your posting, this forum is mainly for ideas for improvements to Chevy Chatter and related issues. For a better response, you might want to post your parts for sale in the "Parts For Sale" forum since your parts for sale listing in this forum is pretty much wasted.

It's simple.....click on "Parts For Sale" and when the next page comes up click on "New Topic" in the upper left-hand corner. On the next page type in your subject in the subject box, type in your information in the posting box, and then click on "submit".

Joey,
I just checked your account, and you already have full MEMBER access to all of the other forums.

If you click on FORUM LIST above, you'll see the MEMBERS ONLY forums listed at the very bottom of the list.

Does this accomplish what you wanted?

All 4 power options were accessories and installed at the factory.

Hydraulic steering $165.00
Power assisted brakes
Automatic window control
Automatic seat control

Sorry I can't find my price list for the remaining 3 items.

Hello, This my first post so I am not sure if this is were I begin. I have a 40 Chevy Special Delux Coupe that needs pitman arm bushings replaced. I found some at Rare Parts on the web, their bushings are 13.00 each. Filling station and Chevy of the 40's sell them for 19.00 a set of four. Does anyone know the difference in the products? Then my next question is, has anyone replaced them and how tough is the job ?

Hi mgr1955, the 41 repair manual details windshieild replacement and the center division bar removal. If your replacing it, make sure you have the right one the master and special deluxe are different. If you don't have the manual reprints are available at the Filling Station. Hope this helps, Jay
