Can anyone give me a rough idea of the top dimensions? Would it be a long or short grain material? Won't be getting the car for 3 weeks and would like to order the material now.

The material is long grain, and a 4 foot by 4 foot piece would cover the area. Sid

Well, if the dog has 2 original cars with short grain, that must be right. My answer was based on what Hampton Coach sent me in their top kit. Thankfully, judges have not made an issue of the difference. Sid
