babe grand Backyard Mechanic Registered: 12/06/02 Posts: 387 Loc: medford nj	Are they the same? Want to switch out coupe body with pu body. Don't have a cowl for the pu.

Chipper Registered: 11/22/01 Posts: 10233 Loc: The Great State of TEXAS	The 1931 pickup uses a commercial cowl which is not the same or interchangeable with the passenger cowl. If you are a VCCA member I highly suggest you contact the 1931 Technical Adviser. He has experience with both passenger and trucks. If you are not a VCCA member I suggest you join. The amount of information that you will need to successfully make the conversion is far above what can be justified to post on this forum. _________________________ How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!

Have an old cab and getting the coupe running gear and thought it would be simple. I am not planning on a show car, just wanting to put a jalopy back together for some fun!
