Just a heads up... Don't do business with Freman's Auto in Montana. I contacted this guy in September about an axle shaft for a 1958 Edsel. "Oh yeah, we got that." So I send my $123.60 via Paypal and start waiting. Now I'm pretty patient, so after a month, I called. I never lost my temper - I've always been very polite with this guy. "Oh yeah, that's gonna ship at the end of the week." Another few weeks go by and I call again. "Oh yeah, that's gonna ship at the end of the week." Another few weeks go by and I call again. "Oh yeah, that's gonna ship..." You can see where this is going.
So last Tuesday (January 4th) I call and very politely tell him that I no longer want the axle shaft, just a refund. "Oh yeah, we'll get that in the mail" I informed him that I paid via Paypal and I would like a Paypal refund. "Oh yeah, we'll do that tomorrow." A week later and no refund. I call him Wendsday and get "Oh yeah, we'll do that tomorrow". Still no refund.
I got burned by this guy and feel that it's my responsibility to let others know. Yes I tried Bob at Owens Salvage first (I highly recommend Owens for all your parts needs, btw). Just be warned if you decide to take a chance on these Freman's clowns.

Beachpony,
Why not place a claim into Paypal? Maybe then you will get a refund or the part? Good luck to you.
