59-60 horn ring

I am trying to find a schematic for the horn ring parts for 59-60 full size cars. I am putting in the same steering wheel and horn ring into my 61 truck. It is a deluxe option in the trucks. I need to know about the little plastic ring. Is it red or white?
I have the schematic for the 3 spoke wheel and horn ring for the 55 and up cars, but not specifically for the trucks or 59-60 cars. I am assuming that the order of parts is the same but we all know what happens when we assume.........!

The parts are the same and go in just like in a 59/60 car.
