1929 & 30 are the same. 1931 is different. The gears are different for the two types also.

Actually, I should have said that the 2 large gears that lift the windshield are different. The rest of the gears and the gearbox are the same. The lifting pin on the large gears is closer to the center so as to not raise the w/s as far.
