Please remember that they are on West Coast Time...So four hours diference between East Coast Time...Like 8:00 AM Eastern is 4:00 AM Pacific...Could be she don't feel like answering at 4:00 AM in morning!!! or might not be looking at web site at that time?? Me I am in Central Time so I called her at 10:00 AM my time... 8:00 Am her time. vcca #44985.
