Joe - that depends on what you have now. What body style do you have? I have seen 1926 solid wheels easily fitted to the wood wheel hubs, but the correct brake drums are required.

Roger,
Are you sure of this?
The wooden wheels complete with hub and brake drum will interchange with the disk wheels complete with hub and brake drum with no problems.
However the hubs are not the same. In both wheel types the rim is offset towards the outside of the vehicle. Because of the different thickness between the wooden spokes and the steel disks the amount of offset towards the outside of the vehicle to get the rim in the correct position above the hub is quite different on the steel disks. The pitch circle diameter of the hub mounting bolts is different between the two hub types to prevent the wrong hub being used.
If the disk is redrilled to fit the wood spoke type of hub the rim will not be in the designed position relative to the hub. This may or may not matter - don't know, but personally I wouldn't do it.
