It took me four days to find my Service News notebook to try to remember the Color Combination number. Then I found out that the garnish molding color is listed right there with the exterior colors! But now it gets interesting:
I'm doing Color Combination No. 15: Bennington Blue and Black. In the Service News, it says the garnish moldings for that Color Combination should be "Oak Green" (Duco 2445769). But if I look at the full listing of color combinations for 1929-1934, it says they should be "Veldt Gray".
I think the "Oak Green" is correct, based on scraping away at the moldings a little bit.
Does anybody have a modern match for the "Oak Green"?
All the Best, Chip

Should the "Oak Green" on the garnish moldings be gloss, satin, or flat? I'm thinking satin to replicate the original?????
All the Best, Chip
