thanks for the email address. i called but don't think i got the right person. no, not wiring but little 1" rubber barrels , 2 ea, slotted with 3 holes in each and brass screws at the end of each hole. j

It sounds like the original headlight connecter inserts. Funny thing is I sent my headlight conduits to Don to install my headlight connectors. The connectors had the type of insert you describe. When the conduits were returned the inserts were missing. I contacted Don and he sent me repro inserts. If you can't find someone else looking for them, they may be mine.
