I'm putting my doors on the 1930 1 1/2 ton truck. The bottom of the doors hit the frame and the tops have a larger cap. I made my own wood parts including the door jams and roof parts. It almost looks like I need to spread the top of the door pilars to accommodate the gap. Any suggestions? Tom

I would try shimming up the cowl . Th should raise the door post A pillar.. Keep the rear of the cab the same. Worked on my sedan. If you raise the cowl and keep the back of the cab down it will lift the door off the bottom and close the gap at the top. You may have to do this a little at a time.

Thanks for the suggestion but my problem is side to side not front to back. I think I might try putting some shims between the gas tank box and the door pillar support and see if that helps.
