I ahve a 29 Coupe where the hood does not close without a little force, ie having to pull it down towards the latches. Somebody told me I need to remove the extremely long hinge pin, slide it out, and oil everything up.
I have tried this with no success.
Does this pin slide out?
Note The hood in in line staright and is not bent.
