Hello jdv123, over the windshield there should be a board with the crank handle to raise the windshield and the inner rear mirror. To remove it should not be a complicate job, it is just some screws. Behind that board there should be the tube line for the vacuum wiper. If the board is out, you may lube the crank up mechanism too. It is on the back side of the board and is surely in neede of some grease. I had everything (including the glass) out last weekend to renew the windshield seals. When everything was out I took a picture of that tube, if you want, I could send it via email. Send me a PM with your email and I'll send it.
