dandyd Oil Can Mechanic Registered: 12/26/01 Posts: 646 Loc: Arlington, Tx.	Can anyone identify the following NOS Delco-Remy armature pt.#1948086? I believe this is for a Corvair because the nut tightens counter clockwise but this number is not listed in my Corvair parts book. Any help appreciated, DD

Chipper Registered: 11/22/01 Posts: 10223 Loc: The Great State of TEXAS	I have found the number was removed 5-69. In my '66 parts book it shows the pt. # 1948086 "60 All w/1100357" I have not found a listing for generator 1100357 yet. _________________________ How Sweet the roar of a Chevy four!

dandyd Oil Can Mechanic Registered: 12/26/01 Posts: 646 Loc: Arlington, Tx.	Chipper, With your help I think I have identified the armature. Generator 1100357 was used on the 60-64 FC Corvair. Group# 2.280 also lists the L/H nut as 60-64 FC Thanks, DD
