there were 3 hinges per door. each hinge had two wood screws and a machine screw with anchor nut on back side of door jamb. on this cabriolet some of the 6 machine screws had a metal-washer-impregnated rubber cushion that slid on the machine screw before going thru door hinge and thru cowl wood framing and then threading into the anchor nut(if that's the correct description for the nut plate). i suspect all 6 machine screws had the rubber bumpper originally but only 4 remained on this ole chevy when i disassembled it . 4 or 6 boys? thanks, mike
