to remove the lower cushion lift up on the front edge. May get a better grip by getting your fingers between the bottom of the cushion and the floor.....then pull forward.

To remove the back-rest- First look down in the lower corners under the back-reas. There may be bent -over metal tabs there holding the seat in place. If there are straighten the tabs and pull out on the bottom a bit. The push straight up to un-hook the upper hooks. If that dosen't work it will be necessary to remove the spare tire and the cardboard trunk lining in the back of the trunk and see if there are tabs there.
