I have the front seat springs from a sedan which I plan to use in my coupe. However they are going to need a serious overhaul.Filling Station has 1933-35 Cabriolet front seat springs. Would those fit in a coupe? Or what about the 33 Master Coupe springs they have, would they fit a 34 as well?

The 1934 Master is 2" wider than a 1933 Master at the front doors so I would assume the seat is also 2" wider.
Seeing the 1933-35 seat springs advertised are actually for the Standard series as there were no 1935 Master open cars. I would ask for their demensions.
From Chevrolet
Width of fron cushion
1934 Master 42 1/8", 1934 Std 41 3/8", 1933 Master , 42"....measured at top of chshion, next to seat back.
Cushions taper to less width as you go forward.

Thanks Gene,

That means the '33 would at least fit in the car whereas the opposite wouldn,t be true. It may be a compromise I'd be willing to make since my '34 springs are so rough. When I get back home I'll post photos of my springs and ask for opinions. 1/8 of an inch doesn't appear to be a big issue.
