Hi all.
Just purchased our first longroof 60 Nomad. Car is currently in transit to New Zealand.
Can anyone please suggest a cost effective solution to replacing the seat covers on the car? It's really only the front one that needs changing but I know it will look weird if I don't do both. They seem to mostly come in complete kits with door panels etc but those are in great shape.
Can you buy just the seat covers or is the complete kits the only things available.

Also suggest you contact SMS Fabrics. Located in Canby, OR - USA. They have a huge stock of "vintage" (ORIGINAL) upholstery fabric for sale by the yard. You'd have to have a local guy stitch it up for you. The benefits of dealing with them 1. you can do just (only) what needs to be done. 2. It's 'original' rather than something that just looks close. 3. Altho not cheap, the cost is fair.

I've purchased material from them a number of times and have always been VERY satisfied.

The best guy for that car is Bill Reid. Cars does not make the kit for that vehicle, I know bill has done a few 59 and 60 nomads. He has done jobs all over the world and has shipped them out. He does not have e-mail, I will PM his phone number to you

Ciadella Interiors manufactures Noamd interiors and you can buy just the front seat. But it will not match the old rear seat. www.ciadellainteriors.com
