Tu papa Backyard Mechanic Registered: 07/14/03 Posts: 397 Loc: Cotulla, TX	For my 29 Chevy, is there a trick to putting the bolts and nuts in to hold the headlight stantions? There is a blind, unreachable area where you have to put the nuts on the bolts. You can't get a hand or wrentch in this area. Any suggestions? Thanks. _________________________ David Nittler

Chip Registered: 02/27/06 Posts: 1160 Loc: Asheville, NC	They're called captive nuts and you can get them from Restoration Supply among others. Be careful because they must have a deep enough throat to reach over the frame and to the holes for the headlight stanchions. On my car there are a total of eight of them if I remember correctly.
