Hey guys Im planning on installing a 6 volt halogen conversion kit on my 31 and I would like to know if some one here has used this kit and what is your feedback on the kit thanks

Not at all needed, unless you do a considerable amount of night driving with your 31.

The heat produced by those bulbs can be a problem.

The current draw is also several times the original. Not only is it a strain on the wiring but also the original generator will not be able to keep up. You may find it necessary to update the wiring and generator or change to an alternator.
