Well, I don't know how to get you one by being SAFE. Maybe you could write a request for a form, or visit a local region at a meeting.

76novachick, You are welcome! ...I hope you will go ahead and place membership in VCCA. We realize that our present method of applying for membership is about as old as the cars we restore and drive, but the current BOD is working to get us up into the 21st century.
