Cleaning out my boneyard and a lot of this stuff has got to go. Most of the parts are from 1929-32 with some other mid-1930's and 1951 parts as well. Engines, transmissions, bumpers, rear axle assemblies, manifolds, radiators, valve covers, cylinder heads, front axles, rear fenders, front fenders, some body sheet metal and a ton of other stuff. If you are going to be in the Southern Oregon area this spring or summer stop by and check out the goodies! Give me a call! (541) 826-2177.

Sorry, no four-cylinder stuff. Just about everything is 1929-32, with some later parts in stock also.

Hi Clif! Ya, it was nice talking to you on the phone about your '31 roadster. As you know I did have a very nice (and complete) Potter trunk but I sold that about six months ago. Through our phone conversation you already know about the other items. If you need anything else give me a call.

Sorry, no truck parts.....just passenger car. The only truck stuff in the boneyard is a complete 1948 Chevrolet COE (cab over engine) and that is supposed to be hauled away sometime this week.

Also have a 1969 Caprice sport coupe parts car in the boneyard if anyone is interested. It's free and the car has a clear title. If no one wants it the car will be going to the wrecking yard after I remove some of the parts.

The same cowl was used for the 1929 closed cars. However, there is an early 1929 and a late 1929 cowl. I had one of each. Both have been sold. I still have several 1930 cowls in stock however.

Regarding the 1969 Caprice, it was picked up by the wrecking yard about an hour ago. An hour before that the 1948 COE was hauled away by the new owner. Things have been jumping around here lately!

In digging around in the boneyard today I found a pair of 1928 front fenders (totally forgot that they were there). They are in primer but need work. $50 for the pair. Will not ship.

Also found that I have a complete 1948 216 engine. $125 for the whole thing. Again, will not ship.

Hey Jack! There is a engine cross member in the boneyard and I will check it out today to see what year it is when I am in the boneyard working. I will get back to you later today or this evening. Same on the engine crankcase plate.

On the Transmission rubber mount, is yours missing completely or do you just want a new one? If you still have your old transmission rubber mount the Filling Station offers a vulcanizing service on the transmission rubber mount units.

Jack: I was out in the boneyard most of the day getting a 1951 Chevy 2-door parts car ready to go to a new home. While I was there I checked on the engine cross member that I have. It is for a 1929 and a 1930. Sorry!

Also, I checked on the engine crankcase plate as well and I have a stack of them. However, they all fit 1929-31. I do have a 1932 engine crankcase plate but it is on a 1932 short block that I have for sale unfortunately.

Thank you Junkyard Dog.

Yes a engine block is pretty useless without having
the mounting plate on it, as you can,t assemble the camshaft
into the egine without it.

I dont have the rear gearbox rubber mount at all. Have seen
that that the filling station rerubbers them,
Regards Jack

Hi Peter! I will look in the boneyard to see if I have one. I know I have several for 1929 and 1930. Also have three 1932 transmssions and one for a 1927 or 1928. Anyway, I will look tomorrow and then get back to you.

Hi Peter! While I was in the boneyard working today getting some stuff ready to go to the scrapyard I checked my transmission stock. Sorry, but there are no transmissions for 1931 passenger cars. Got several for 1929 and 1930, some for 1932 and a couple for the late four-cylinder cars and that's about it.

Junkyard Dog,
I'm looking for a dust cover that will fit my 36' coupe (207 with a standard three-speed transmission). This is the cover that protects the teeth on the flywheel. Might you have one?

email is alaska4u1aamsncm

Thanks for reading!

Junkyard Dog,

According to my parts book, it may be possible for me to use the Master dust cover on my standard? I think the "standard" part number is 837870. I believe it has the same bolt hole pattern, except the "standard" cover has a 1 3/4 x 5/8 cutout in the flange. Do you think I could maybe alter yor master cover to fit the standard? Please let me know what you think, I just can't seem to find the cover I need. Thanks for any help! alaska4u1aamsncm

You have to be more specific. A gas tank splash apron, a running board splash apron or the radiator splash apron?

Sparky: Sorry, nothing for a 1940 Chevrolet. Most of the parts in the boneyard are 1929 thru 1932, with a couple of other odds and ends thrown in.

Yes, I do have a 1929-30 hood in good restorable condition. However, it would be difficult to ship and the shipping would cost almost as much as the hood is worth since the box would hve to be oversize. I really prefer to have the hood picked up instead.

Thanks for response BuggymanGP.
Thought I knew FS catalogue from end to end, but can't find that number under splash aprons, eng, eng mounts, or anywhere.
The mounts I need are the front ones that go on either side of the eng at front crossmember that the eng splash guards tie into. Need them for a 32 as the 31's don't work with the 32 block. Will have to do more looking at catalogue, old eyes don,t always catch what my mind is looking for.

Tks again.

Jim.

Jim: Go to www.fillingstation.com and on their homepage click on "Online Catalog". On the next page, under "search by part number" enter AF-273 and then click on "Go". The parts that you are looking for in their catalog will then come up.
