31 truck Shade Tree Mechanic Registered: 01/03/03 Posts: 105 Loc: Sheridan, Illinois	I have an Imperial box type radio, that I am not sure what it came out of, but thought I might try to put it in my 31 truck......Is there anyone out there that would work on this thing?

There is no correct radio for the 31, however a universal 5 tube 1940 or 1941 would suit you requirement and be a Chevrolet radio. Chevrolet radios are available and would be more authentic, however no radio would be correct for 1931. (I am in possession of a Chevrolet Service Bulletin from the Zone Manager for Zone 44, that suggests the Model 364441 with the 364493 antenna unit be installed in 1931 and 32 Chevrolet cars.
