Mike McCagh Registered: 11/10/03 Posts: 1852 Loc: cumberland, md	think i got the fastener arrangement down pat but how about you guys checking my thinking. shoulder screw, spring and flat washer attach the plate to the block, allowing movement when spark control cable moves manually. thanks, mike
