I have 2 complete sets of wire spoke rims that are for chevy , one is 18 inch and the other is 19 inch ,( which one fits the 1931 pickup )?

Both wheels will fit and neither is standard. 19" disc wheels were standard. The 18" wheels were not available until 1932 for Chev.
