Here is one for you guys to chuckle about. I finally tried to get my 48 out of the garage for little exercise. I couldn't get it started. I had my husband and son take a look at it and they finally got it started. Unfortunately, when I tried to start it, it wouldn't start. They took a look at the old girl and couldn't figure it out. I had an old Chevy man come and take a look at the car. He got in it and she started right up. Heck, how was I to know I had the key in the wrong position. It must have been a blond moment. Thankfully it is now embedded in my brain, I use the key now and that works. I am still being razed by the two males I live with. Thank goodness cats can't talk.

When you say they took a look at it and couldn't figure it out, I presume you mean the husband and son. And then you go on to say you're being razed by the two males you live with. Again presuming you mean the husband and son. I'd say Ah - ha, you two didn't do any better than I did. So why don't you two (fill in the blank).... knock it off - (or) - go clean the garage - (or) - you fix dinner tonight - (or) - etc. etc.

Funny thing about those 48 keys, huh?? I know some guys who've turned the key but couldn't "remember" to push the foot starter. Oh well.....

Well at least you didn't say green or orange or some of the other colors the youngsters go for....

Actually that foot starter is a modern form of anti-theft. Some of my friends have even seen me start it and still get confused, my wife thinks the car is another "Christine" starting all by itself.
