Found a supplier for those. They are called Northfield Forming, http://northfield-forming.com/ . They'll do them as you need them. They also do running board moldings and such.

If it is anything like the 38, the difference between ID and OD is not that great and that in itself would make replacement with the shaft in place, difficult.

I would still recomend 85/140 as the 85 will result in good flow when cold and the 140 will be "thicker" when hot which will help to fill in the gaps that were built into these older rear ends. I would not use straight 140 and I would not a
